Refund policy

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date they receive the order, according to applicable consumer protection rules.

To request a return, contact ALCRUIN LABS SRL at alcruinlabs@gmail.com before sending the product back. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging where applicable.

Personalized, custom-made, sealed hygiene-sensitive, digital, or otherwise legally exempt products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or non-conforming.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is caused by an error, defect, or non-conformity attributable to ALCRUIN LABS SRL.

After the returned product is received and checked, eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method. ALCRUIN LABS SRL may refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
